The then Pakistan government filed this case against 35 prominent individuals including Awami League leader and later architect of independent Bangladesh Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.The case, filed in early 1968,alleged that Sheikh Mujib and others were conspiring with India against the integrity of Pakistan.
